US Mail Shipping Waiver
Dear International Customer,
We apologize for this inconvenience that our honest customers must endure to weed out the few crooks who abuse the system.
You have chosen to ship your order using the less expensive shipping method
of the United States Postal Service (USPS). Because there are customers
performing charge backs claiming that they never received their merchandise,
it has become necessary for Images SI Inc. to implement an agreement
letter that you, the customer, must fill out before we will process and
ship your order. Please read over the agreement below, fill out the required
information and hit the submit button to accept and send your approval
to us.
The agreement is as follows:
- I understand shipping merchandise via USPS is uninsured and is not traceable.
- Images will provide me (the customer) with the Transaction Number and Label Number if applicable.
- I, the customer assume total responsibility for any damaged or lost merchandise.
- I understand that Images SI Inc. will not contact the US Postal system on my behalf.
- I, the customer am solely responsible for dealing with the postal system for any tracking of my package or damages.
- I understand that the USPS can take 2 - 12 weeks to deliver a package.
Only after we receive this e-mail back from you, with your agreement to the above terms, will we process and ship your order via USPS.
Again, we at Images SI Inc., apologize for this inconvenience, however if we do not hear back from you, your order will be canceled in 15 business
days.
